(504) 359-7730The Benjamin Franklin Talented Arts Program is an educational program for students identified as talented in Visual Arts, Music or Theatre in grades K – 8 and enrolled in the New Orleans Parish School System. Teaching for gifted learners happens at a higher “degree of difficulty” than for many students their age. The gifted curriculum content is more complex, more abstract, more open-ended, they are more multifaceted.
